“Free Shipping” means there is no extra charge for receiving your food or accommodation-related items on our premises. It does not mean items will be shipped or delivered to your home.

No. All orders are pick‑up or on‑premises use only. Nothing will be delivered unless management has explicitly approved an exception.

Delivery is not standard. Special delivery requests must be submitted in advance and will only be arranged if approved by management.

Some online ordering systems require a shipping label. To avoid unnecessary charges, we mark it as Free Shipping, but it applies only to on‑premises fulfillment.
